Alice Engelhardt was born in Washington State in 1974 and is the fifth of six children born to artistic parents. Houston S Wimberly III I have spent many years traveling from place to place and absorbing the surroundings that I have found myself thrust in. And, it is in these places that my work takes on some of the elements of what I see, taste, and smell. Some of my creations come from my dreams which carry at times some symbolic thoughts. I am mostly self-taught and I find that I don't care much for the academic approach to art. I guess that I am to restless though I have had some great art instructors in my early years.
